I believe that once you pay your fine/fee at an MTO office they will give you a temp permit until your new licence comes in the mail. They have to send you a new one because your old licence serial #/bar code is fubared.

Pay the fine and $100 + reinstatement fee to the court and you'll have your lic. back.

1 day expired sticker? Did you get a ticket for it and never paid it?
