got stop with a suspended license big time help please

ok i was stop with a suspended license in the parking lot of a club!! ( i was doing ilegal stuf

and jump in my car turn it on and move a couple of meters when a cop stop me block my way and gave me a ticket for $880 for driving under a suspended license!!
ALL THIS HAPPEN IN HULL QUEBEC!!
should i take it to court and under what grounds should I take the ticket to court!!!
what should i said..
i really need help with this one!!!

lol, i dunno man
were you on private property when he gave you the ticket? were you actually driving on the road or were you in the parking lot? you might have a loop hole there....

other than that call a laywer, i'd say you're in trouble for demerit points but you're already suspended, next time stay away from driving till your suspension is over and then a ticket like that would have been avoided!

NO i was in the parking lot!!! i am sure is private property that is way i was thinking of taking it to court!!!
the police came into the parking lot to do a routine check!!!

dont you get your license suspended even longer if you get cought driving while under suspension?

ok i talk to a lawyer today and toll me the fallowing to call the police in quebec and ask if it is legal to drive with out a license in private property....
because in ontario it is legal to drive in private property without a licence!!!!!

cant resist...
1. your under suspension... that means no driving.. so it doesnt matter where you shoulda knowen better...
2. your doing illegal activity... and then jump in to move the car becasue you saw the cop???

hmmm guess you missed the line for a brain eh...

take the wrap.. your only gonna be fighting a loosing battle.. dont drive til you get your licence back..
you did the crime.. pay the time...

btw.. ive seen peeps goto jail for driving undersuspension... and we all know what happens there in the showers.. ive seen it on TV.

I got charged for driving with a suspened license, its a criminal offence, i was lookin at a bigger suspension and 1000 minimum fine but i was goin to court for other purposes too and they droped the charge if i would ple to others,
moral of the story
DONT DRIVE WITH SUSPENED LICENSE,
i wish u the best of luck and honestly get a lawyer and call quebec and ****, cause u can get more fucked up than u think
