Question Ticket Suspended?

Last year I went to court for my exhaust ticket (improper exhuast), anyways the judge told me that the ticket is "suspended" and I didn't have to pay the fine. What did the judge mean by "suspended"?

Did having my ticket suspended allow me to keep the exhuast on the car?

Or did it mean that I didn't have to pay the ticket, but I'm still expected to replace the exhaust?

I should have fooking asked the judge, but I was just glad that I didn't have to pay the fine.

a suspended ticket means .... it stays on your record .... but you don't have to pay it so long as it doesn't happen again

ever hear of getting a suspended Jail sentence ? what happens is it stays on your record as being convicted but so long as you stay out of trouble you don't have to go to jail to serve the sentence...

If they catch you again for the same thing, you will be fuqked. They will probably have you pay for the previous ticket, and the new one you'll get if they catch you again.

The suspended sentence will eventualy be removed from your record.

How long will that take?

Does that explain it?

Shyt I got my first attendance for my second improper exhuast ticket tommorow. What excuse should I say?

Anyways I already switched back to my stock exhuast, hopefully they'll lower the fine.

Too late. They already have a record. Get ready to get bent over for the ticket you got, and the ticket and court fees from the previous one.......unless the cop doesn't show or the judge is sympathetic.

Why would you say that? First of all, it was YOU that had that muffler, not them. Second, they gave you a "get out of jail free" card when they suspended the previous ticket. Why didn't you fix the muffler way back then? Let me guess, you were hoping you wouldn't get anotther ticket after that, right?

Anyways, best of luck....you're going to need it.

Ok well not all brampton cops are ******, but the cop that pulled me over was. With the previous ticket I didn't know what a suspended ticket was, so I left the exhuast on, cause the judge never told me to take it off.

Anyone that has heard my exhaust knows its not loud. This cop followed me for three blocks. While driving there was a Camaro behind me with an after market exhaust, that was obviously louder than mine even on idle, and as I got on the 401 he pulled me over instead of the Camaro. Right away the cop comes over and starts checking under the hood etc... Then in a sort of pissed off tone he kept telling that my car is too loud, that he will notify the insurance about my car, and that next time he'll be sure to look out for my car.

But this is my first attendance, so the cop isn't suppose to show up. So if they really want to **** me over, they could charge me twice?

If nothing works out tommorow should I just fight it or do I bend over and just pay it of? Whats my chances if I do decide to fight it? Probably next to none?

it doesn't matter. He was warned, and given a second chance. He got caught for the same thing again.......the judge CAN fuqk him over if he wants too.

I see you had a prvious ticket for the same thing. It was suspened back then, so why are you here for the same thing again? I guess you didn't learn the first time......

Had my first attendance today for my exhaust ticket. Anyways I ended up paying $45, but then they charged me an extra $10 fee (forgot what it was for). Also last week I had my other first attendance for my winshield tint, and the court suspended the ticket.

Is this where my tax dollars go? for some cop to pull over a civc for being too loud? Why doesn't this guy go patrol the projects where his prescence might actually be of some use.
And the police want more resources to fight crime! Its **** from the top coming down.

Sometimes I wish I could live on my on planet. Far away from the human race. (cept I would still want a web conneciton )
