my insurance company doesnt care wheter you have points taken off, a TICKET is a TICKET
so even if you pay and have no points, u might have an increase because the ticket is in your popo record for 2 years, and 3 years in your insurance record

1slocivic is right, i had those xcopper dudes fight my tickets and they said they won and all and it's still on my record. Im not even sure if the points are really gone or not, they said they are. My insurance found out about them all and it increased $1000 a year :fustrated So you should fight it and hopefully ht ecop doesen't show up and you get away with it. Good Luck

Why don't you pay 12$ for a complete driver history report and see if there are any demerit points on your valid license.
