Failing to obey a stop sign, signal light or railway crossing signal

Thats 3 demerit points... not sure if it will go or not.

yeah 3 demerit points. doesn't matter if it was slippery you should have kept that in mind while you were driving. That's what they'll tell you. go to court and try, nothing to loose.

Just say the car behind you was sliding and you proceeded cautiously through the intersection...

If there was a car behind you...

Light just happened to turn red...

i guess i'll say wut u said....sounds believable......but i think i'll leave out the part about the car behind me, since he pig was behind me.........

should i choose option 2 or 3

guilty with an explantion

or triall

i am thinking about a trial...cause if he is a no show, them im set
but maby with option2, i can say i am uilty and i wouldn't mind paying the ticket, but i don't want points taken off

you should go with guilty with an explanation usually points get dropped and the fine as well but you can do whatever you feel like

I say fight it! How far behind you was the cop when you went through?? (Did you not see him??)

Are you sure he was behind you before you went through the light?

Worst case scenario you go to x-coppr and they will get disclosure and see if you have a case or not or just keep prosponing the court date and then hopefully he won't show!

Good luck!

dude as simple as it is guilty with explanation and state what you said above it was slippery blah blah i am pretty sure points will get dropped and fine reduced personally i think xcoppers are a waste of money you would end up paying more than what your fine is etc well thats just me good luck
