I got pulled over yesterday for going 130 in 90 on the 115 my fault $300 fine, but he put it down 2 120 in 90 $142 fine, but I have no $$ he said I could go to JP tell them my $$$ status and they would probably lower it. I have another question I renew my insurance next month and was wondering if my insurance will go up because of this ticket.

It won't get to your insurance company until at least after you are convicted. Schedule a meeting with the JP if you want to go that way or fight it in court ( which is what I would suggest ). Either way it won't come into play for this tears insurance renewal.

as long as the ticket is "pending" then insurance can't see it... or if they can they dont account for it on your insurance... i just waited on paying my last ticket... so i ended up paying an extra $2.50 but i got insurance all year as if i have only 2 tickets
