To me it seems like they tried to nail the kid in the kid.

The way the camera-guy (dad perhaps) tries to justify everything by explaining why the kid shouldn't have had his head there, makes it seem like they are blaming the victim.

In addition, the skee-ball player for some reason decides to throw a ball up the lane she is not playing on. At the end it looks like she cheers.

I am still trying to decide whose fault it is.
