Not at fault accidents

I know its sort of a stupid question but will my insurance go up even if im not at fault? I've got a pretty bad record now (1 at fault accident and 3 tickets) Thanks

that's not that bad. I've gotten a dangerous, a careless, two speeding and a DUI. I had to get married, so I could get cheap insurance. JK. I love her.

No, "Legally" the insurance company cannot charge you for accidents that are not at fault ...if you have to many they can raise your deductible....but technically they cannot raise your rates, they may raise them for other reasons though ....

I have on at fault accident, and one not at fault and 2 tickets, I only pay 210 a month
