buzzing speaker noise and tweet cut-off

buzzing speaker noise and tweet cut-off

getting a buzzing speaker noise only wen the car is on and at say low volumes i hear it
i swapped my stock speakers to components with an amp checked all my wiring and its good but wen playing at high volumes the tweets suddenly cut off until i put it at back at lower volumes

anybody noe wats the prob??

In the crossover there is a protection circuit that will cut off the tweeter so it doesn't blow. turn down your gain, it sounds like you are clipping the tweeters. You have engine noise in your system, double check the amp and deck grounds.

You can also buy a resinator ( i guess) that you can wire up to you system that blocks out engine noise. i have on installed in my ride. easy install, you can DIY. any audio store will carry it
