does it mean low is 1st gear and high is 5th or does it depend what rpm u r in ?? dumb qustion but i couldent find this out

low end is to like 3000RPM, mid is 3000-5500 and high is 5500 and up. Thats jus a general figure but u get the idea, some aftermarket parts add certain power to certain RPM's

"the street and racing?" as in street racing? ahaha

low end power is stump pulling torque... like diesel or V8 torque
midrange is passing power on the highway... like trying to pass a car you just dip your foot in and away you go... no downshifting.
high end is racing power - always close to redline and staying in VTEC.

now that you know what it is... this thread is closed. I don't want this to turn into a clusterfack cuz of your street and racing comment. anyone asking this question shouldn't be racing anywhere anyways... not on the track or on the street.
