^ u mean cut the springs, not shocks
and yea that sucks, but just buy a set of used springs, they are probably very cheap

umm theres no way to cut the shock ..well theres a way u can but your shock would be useless i think you mean springs ..anyways if you do lower it with springs get shocks at the same time it will cost you less on labour and your stockers will suck and blow out for sure.i wish i did all mine at once.

2.0 front 1.8 back.....remember any extra weight in the back(passagers, stuff in the trunk, or what ever) will equal out

get a tape measure and get the length of a stock fender to tire civic, then measure yours and find out if they are different.im pretty sure you would notice it your car will be lower than stock and youll be bouncing around.

Hey ive had a three inch drop on my del sole and it was kissing the floor,so if you want a clean look i suggest a two inch drop front and back.
Its also a bitch getting in and out of your civic if its dropped any lower.....and the bumps yah well driving over them is even worse if its not done right and if your springs are cheap.

2.25" in the front
2.0" in the rear

Neuspeed race springs...but the rear is lower than 2.0" because of the box I have in the rear.

i have eibach sportlines.

1.8" drop.. imo look good.. sometimes I want to go lower but I'm trying to keep my exterior as stock as possible (dont want to get hassled by cops)

2"/1.8" is right between too low and too high imo

race springs are a little too low IMO.. with a front lip the front is evn lower looking.. only some cars can pull off the rear lip also .. but teogscar is great at that height
