Cel Codes Up The Ass (3,5,7,10)

Cel Codes Up The *** (3,5,7,10)
Just did a swap from a d15b7 to a d16z6, my problem is as follows....
Well first of all my check engine light is on and its giving me the following codes
3 MAP - manifold absolute pressure sensor
5 MAP - manifold absolute pressure sensor
7 TPS - throttle position sensor
10 IAT - intake air temperature sensor
note that all of them are apart of the throttle body so i changed the throttle body TWICE and im still getting the same ****. When my car starts it revs fine in the beginning then 10 seconds later, the CEL light comes on then it revs to 1.5-2. And i think my motor is misfiring as well.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME OR KNOW WHAT IT CAN BE, COULD BE. because changed exactly what the CEL is telling me to change but still, im not sure if its the sensor wires or something, not sure at all. please let me know.
