Cel codes #3 , #20 and #23

hello everyone

i was wondering if someone can help me out with my little problem.I just recently swap a 98 jdm itr motor into my 97 si civic, and im tring to clear my CEL CODES. I would be able to take pictures but im away out of the country working in Mexico and i wont be back into the country till october 13th.

Cel Codes #3 MAP - manifold absolute pressure sensor, This is the sensor that plugs into your intake manifold near your fuel injectors if your looking down at the motor, my 97 si harness plug doesn't plug into that sensor. Before i cut and splice the plug from the jdm itr harness onto my 97 si harness. I would like to know witch wire (color code) matches up with witch wire when reconnecting them togethere. this plug has 2 wires.

Cel Codes#20 Electrical load detector i have no clue what this is. Can someone help me with this one.

Cel Code #23 Knock sensor, im sure my brother didn't plug this sensor in, I'm sure i can figure this one out as soon as i get it up on the hoist.

if anyone could help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated.

regards
Mike

You're SI harness will have a MAP sensor plug (every civic does), so don't go cutting up you're harness just yet. The MAP sensor is located on the top of the throttle body, or on the firewall with a vacuum line going from it to the throttle body.
The electrical load detector is built into the under hood fuse panel, if its pooched you will need a new fuse box.
The knock sensor is located on the back of the engine where the head meets the block.
If you have an obd1 ecu you can eliminate the ELD and knock sensor by chipping it and disabling the ELD and KS in crome.

well all you need is an obd1 ecu (chipped of course, which i can hook you up with....PM me for the price) and the obd2-obd1 conversion harness (which you can get for around $100 online).
So i'd say around $300 to convert to obd1.
