Looking for Reputable Bodyshop

Hey guys im basically looking for a good place to do some quarter panel repair, rust repair, and a full paint job, i know about Team K and velocity, but it seems like they are having poor customer service. Jay doesnt answer his phone or reply to pms... people state that it takes long than it should to get something done from Jay... Velocity has the orange peel paint jobs... i dont want to be spending 2g to 3gs and finding out i got a crappy paint job/ repair.... thats why i need you guys to help me out and recommend a great body shop for a decent price job

jays a good guy and gets the job done...longer than expected but he does good work. I havent had a prob with him. gotta understand that sometimes things come up and seeing as how NO ONE has heard from him makes me think its more then lack of customer service maybe family problem or emergency or something so be a little considerate, give him a chance to tell u why he hasnt been around then go from there

Jays a good guy to go to for paint work, got both my quarter panels done and fixed a lot of dents on my driver side door. I'm quite pleased with the results. He said it'd take 2 weeks, took a bit less than 3 to get it back, no big deal for me really.

Seem like a lot of trusted vendors are dropping like flies. First it was Lockdown Enterprises, and now looks like Stiles Werks is right behind it.

x2 the vendors and affiliates section needs a makeover. its less of a 'trusted vendors' section, more of a 'who ever pays' section

on that note, where do you live, scarborough has tons of shops, ur best bet might be to drive from shop to shop and get quotes.

warden/eglinton is a good area to start

this is in reply to all regarding stiles werks and me personally (jay).
sry havent been online for a while. just to clear up some problems and issues regarding my shop and myself that people are having.

I am currently going through a massive change in the shops and its people and the way things are being run. The issue I was having was the fact that I was the guy who was the painter at out shop. As everyone knows painting takes alot of time. Average painting time is about 1-2 hrs. This basically means anyone trying to contact me via phone i wouldnt be able to answer or i wouldnt know your calling since i am in the booth. Now add in the fact that we are sending out 3 cars average a day out doesnt help the situation either because 98 percent of all cars that come in get some kind of paint done aswell the other 2 is installation which i dont deal but the guys at work do. Add to that trying to manage and run 4 shops pretty much takes up my entire day. We had a couple of receptionists but they all got fired due to lack of experience in this field. In a way i am the guy who is there but in a way isnt there.

In the past before i used to co-own one shop and that was in the vaughan city less volume of cars and had a co parter who would share the task of operating a business. Now my shop is in scarborough and i soley own it. The ratio in terms of cars (volume of work) and the fact that I am the only guy trying to run the show obviously has taken its toll on the customers and myself. To which i have no one else to blame but myself and I appologize to all regarding that.

Some of you frequent guys on the boards might even be able to tell how much i have really come online let alone reply this past year. it went from i would say 10 (being on here everyday and actively posting) to 1-2 (barely on and even if i am i dont post much). working 15 hour shifts daily and getting home at 2 or 3 sometimes even later as many people have seen in person doesnt help either.

so as of last week i have done changes to make the shop be more efficient.

1. hired a new painter
2. fired two bodyguys and hired a new one to replace them
3. had all the shops cleaned out
4. all vehicles in every shop completed

this will allow me to start from scratch. I having nothing but 2 cars inside 4 of my shops and 1 of them is ours and the other is a customers. I will now be attending all the calls. business hours are between 9-5 only and thats monday through friday. a voicemail will be set up to leave return call numbers so i can contact anyone calling me outside of regular business hours back asap.

our number is 416 754 8777 that is the ONLY number. thanks. any problems and or concerns pm or post it here.

p.s didnt proof reading anything. just wrote what came in my head. sry if things dont make sense
