"Almost every cell in the human body is affected by IGF-1, especially cells in muscle, cartilage, bone, liver, kidney, nerves, skin, and lungs. In addition to the insulin-like effects, IGF-1 can also regulate cell growth and development, especially in nerve cells, as well as cellular DNA synthesis."

apparently the lab mice they tested on, grew full 5 toe separation and fully developed feet within week.

Screw all this bodybuilding shiz start doing MMA training, since I started I've gone from 145 to 153ish + or -. I just love it when 200 lb + guys come and train and say "man you're so strong". Anyways, I've put on about 8 lbs of muscle (don't want to get any bigger) and am in crazy good shape.

MMA isn't everyones thing and is also a lot more expensive and will only take your physique so far.

You're not going to get huge by doing nothing but MMA training. You still need to eat right and hit the weights. Only difference is that professional MMA fighters do their weight training in more functional ways i.e. tire flipping, etc.
