ya well when you eat a big meal like that before running you're body is gonna use the energy from that meal before tapping in to stored energy therefore your run was pretty useless.

Steve is a nut....

I don't eat 1.5-2 hours before the gym
only thing I might have while working out is a banana and a PRE-workout protein shake (taken usually 15-20 min before the workout)

I never eat before the gym. I went to the gym, came home, ate like a moron, then went for a run.


Usually I take a glass of water with that Sciviation crap before my workout +2 purple K (just started the purple K monday) and then after I have a scoop of protein, sciviation + 2 purple K.

What is triple stacking? I noticed my one buddy that goes to the gym (he is there when i'm there but we don't work out together or the same things) and he said he started triple stacking about a month ago and I noticed a huge difference in him. Now doing 75pound dumbell flys n stuff.

he's juicing like Luka

75lb dumbell flies are useless imo....use that energy for an exercise which is vital to your chest workout....like go up in weight on dumbell incline/decline....or even straight bench
