i would say forget all the machine work out, free weights, especially back of the neck which we have proved by the pic that it does work to jack you up....
now i present you a diet advice to get jacked...yup thats right diet to get you jacked in no time

you do realize that the entire fitness industry finds those CPT certificates and all the others to be a complete joke, right?
how do you think douche bags like yourself get jobs as personal trainers to begin with?
A perfect example is trainers at most Goodlife gyms (which is probably where you work).
If I was going to take advice from someone they better at least have a degree in Kineseology instead of some certificate that any douchebag such as yourself could obtain after a few days of reading.
