hey guys i got a ticket for my license plate being in my window (ya ya i know) its just there for now until i get the bumper painted anyways he wrote my date of birth wrong is a mistake an automatic throwout or dependent on the judge?

apparently they're allowed to make amendments to the ticket at any time...so from what i know, the mistake on the ticket doesnt help you in any way.

last time i checked they dont care what the cop wrote, unless theres a problem with the actual fine.

unless your name, ur licence number, and adress are written wrong.
the ticket wont be thrown out.

I always heard it has to be an error on the offence number or section of the HTA otherwise all other mistakes can be ammended.
