aight guys well my car got pulled off the road the other day..and i got a sumense to court on jan 9th 2006....however the cop wrote on the ticket that the court date is on jan 9th 2005....so he wrote 2005 instead of 2006...
this means that my ticket does not apply rite?? or am i wrong??

those who know this can u plz help me out...thnx

i think so, as the information is actually incorrect, but not 100%. also this should be under the insurance and ticket help forum.

also, you must have been doing 50+ over the speed limit to get an immediate sumense to court. how fast were you actually going?

wong section first of all, and im pretty sure the ticket is still good...as long as its not a completly stupid mistake, like you name was Ryan and he put Bob, it works

Date is completely ammendable, I'd go to Court on the 9th if I were you. Only two items on a ticket are not ammendable:

Officer has to sign the ticket, and the proper HTA section has to be quoted.

nah not even was not even speeding...

headlite was out...exhaust, intake, stupid **** he pointed out and told me my car was unfit for the road blah blah and got it towed and took my plates...
