Improper Left turn Ticket

Improper Left turn Ticket
Ok, like the topic says, my father made an improper left turn at a light and the fine is $110. I just want to know for sure if he's losing points or anything like that, so if anyone could help, that'd be really appreciated. But if there's no points being lost, then he just wants to pay the fine.
Thanks in Advance guys!

I say take it to court anyway. Either they drop it cuz the cop doesn't show up, or if worst comes to worst, you'll get the fine reduced (or you can plea to throw out the points and pay the full fine).
I say that you should ALWAYS fight a ticket. Through my experience you really have nothing to lose.

i got a ticket for my headlights and i took it to court...the cop showed up and i had to plead guilty with an explination, well the judge ended up throwing away my ticket. so just take it to court, it might end up that you win the case.

Ya with anything that involves point you have nothing to loose by taking it to court and its not a smart move to plead not guilty, from experience you shold plead guilty with an explanation, b/c when you say not guilty you are lying right off the bat, b/c the cop is der and he'll be like " so you'r saying you didnt do it" and its just not pretty, plead guilty with an explanation and just make up some sort of BS about why you had to turn.
