I need a good plan for an improper muffler ticket! Help !
I got an improper muffler ticket driving home from work... I have gotten these before but this time I need a plan thats perfect...
I know my muffler is loud... very loud... but if I drive normally its not excessive.
should i go to the JP and use the "I bought it from a shop and they said it was street legel and I needed a new exhaust system so I bought it... and my car passed emission and certification fine with it"
what do u guys think... i need help from the experts... anyone been in this situation and beat it?
i've normally gone to the JP to get the fine reduced im not sure if
I should do that again
