you can be charged with careless driving for doing 40 kmh over so be glad he didn't call a tow truck and impound your car, cut up your license infront of you and then give you a ticket for racing because as it sounds to me 2 cars changing lanes multiple times and speeding excessively is enough for a cop to add your names to the street racing list and give you both court dates
