You have to go into the station to make a complaint. They have a new system where the sargent has to take citizen complaint and resolve.

Mind you it basicly goes in one ear then through the other.
My friend did this in the summer, he was taken from his vechicle and thrown on the ground by Durham Police for a "random check"

He went in and thay sat him in this room, with the cop, and he said "sorry"

Thats it...

Dont expect alot.

the cop showed......... and the ******* ******* was a rude ignorant ***** towards my mom......all she did was politely ask the officer what the grounds were for the tickets, and the ******* snapped on her.......

if he wasnt a cop

anyways...... the outcome

the $980 +4 points was dropped t0 $75 + 2 points

my original charges were speeding, 87 in a 50 zone......and 5 other bullshit tickets ( illegal headlights, muffler, etc. )

i made a deal with the prosecuter....... plead guilt to speeding ( which they dropped to 20 over and 4 points instead of 6 ) and having ym rear lights out............ but the judge threw out the lights ticket..... which meant only $75 and 4 points
