I was coming home from college and a cop nailed mein a safety zone doing 32 over(was keeping up with buddy in mustang).
The cop came up beside me real fast turned the lights on i was a bit startled so i go to pull over but there was another car beside me so it was a illigal lane change. Thats what he said.
When he wrote out the tickets he said that i was going to get 6 or 7 points off my insuranc and the tickets were close to 500 for everything and i only have my G2
On the tickets were it hs the info about your car under year he has 04 my car is a 93
Im planning on going to court but i don't know what for should i say i cant afford it or should i claim the mistake

im pretty sure the 04 means when your license has to be renewed.. its that sticker on your plates..

I was caught doing 20 over in a safety zone. I'm waiting for my appointment date to have a first appeal session with the crown. hopefully ill get it knocked down to a 15 over which means no points.

I'm not quite sure I follow, the cop didn't give you a copy of the tickets that tell you what you did wrong and the penatly that goes with it?

i have the tickets it just says i have to pay close to 400 for speeding and cloe to 200 for lane change nothing about insurance or anything

well insurance finds out about tickets everytime you renew.. so they jack up the rates....you don't get told on the ticket by how much they are going to do that

ifi do get chaged with all the charges how many points can i have get with my G2 licnce before it gets taken away
