This is a classical case of "me vs cop" story.

There must be some form/type of careless driving on your part for the officer to witness and issue the tickets.
My advice is to get a court date and fight it in court. To tell you the truth, your chance of winning in court is very good.
We got one cop vs 4 different cars. How can the officer even remember the illegal acts of each car??
Go to court and argue your case.
I doubt any of us here can really help you from just hearing your side of the story.

By the way, get rid of your muffler and don't drive like a jerk.

thnx for the advice twinbros.. but i dont drive like a jerk at all however i do have a big *** muffler fought in court and won.. so i wont be replacing that muffler if i get another ill go to court again.. and do the same thing i did. i dont think i have a chance but who knows. I never drive like a jerk on the road. i drive like a grandma and cruise all the way however my friends are a different story ... will keep everyone posted thnx for all the help guyz
