tein... but that's my opinion. Driven, tested , and performed. The problem with springs and coilovers are well every brand is different and every car that each brand is applied to is different.

Check out Honda Tech.........They have alot of posts similar to this one. Comparing Full suspension kits and whatnot. I believe there is also a couple on this exact comparison. Many people who have used both setups on their cars were pleased just as much with the F2 than the Tein SS.
