aren't those the same ones as teknotik carries for 750?

i haven't heard any reviews on them at all but imo i think you should go with something that is well proven. i think omni's will do just fine for you and there are plenty of reviews on them.

i was searchin around and i came across this comment in another fourm is it true? again i am lookin for ride comfort and not for racing. tnks

I second the ground control coilovers. they are sleeves but my buddy has them on his 99 si and I swear it is smoother than stock when its dropped to no wheel gap.
very nice. and he is using the stock shocks too.

using stock shocks dumped is a big no no. no way is his ride better than stock. try driving downtown or something like that. the shocks will blow in no time at all.

if you drop more than 2 inches you will need a camber kit. i'm dropped on koni rsk kit. it's basically some german springs called vogtland and special reds. i'm dropped 1.75 in the front and 1.5 in the rear. personally, at first the setup was good but then i started sitting in other people's rides with different setups and i'm switching to a fully adjustable coilover system hopefully this summer. but then again my needs are different from your needs. i paid very little for my setup brand new so i can't complain much.

Yonaka, I'd spend the money on a proven or atleast somewhat proven product. If its for a 93 EG i'd definately go Omni coilovers.

You get what you pay for, this is especially true for suspension, tires and brakes as these are area's you don't want to cheap out on. If you can't afford to do it right, why not wait and save another $300 or look into a good fairly new set of used coilovers.

Omni Power coilovers from OptionJDM.com (John) are about $1000 and come with 10K/8K rates. Or buy a set of shocks like KYB AGX or Tokico Illumina and Ground-Control coilover sleeves. Off the shelf rates for GC is 380/280 for the EK civic, not sure if EG is softer or not.

$299usd + shipping or ebay has em for about $260 plus shipping.

do anyone kno if i can get a full coilover set anywhere for $800ish perferably. that's my budget as of right now until april. i think i'm goin to go with omni power as they seem to look like the best choice in the under $1000 range. tnks again.

used, thats about all you'll get for $800 for coilovers. Omni is pretty much one of the cheapest priced coilovers there is, and they are $1000. It just goes up from there.
