Emissions Test

I need to get my car etested before the end of this month

wat can i do to prepare my car before the test??

i drive a 1990 civic si hatch

do a oil change ,change spark plugs, clean your cap and rotor
and take it for a cruise then bout 10 mins before you pull it in let it run for awhile and maybe let it rev at bout 3000 for 5mins

Who does good emission tests? SOmebody that will actually tune the car and help me out. Not just fail it.
