question about emissions test
i got a letter in the mail the other day saying i need to get an emmission test.... so thats fine... but say something else is wrong with my car... totally non emissions related like my clutch or something.... will they make me fix that too???

from what I know, as long as it does not prevent them from performing a proper test, and as long as your car is safe to operate it should be fine.
if your wheels are falling off, brakes don't work or etc. , they will definately refuse to test your car.
