EZBUDDY

I bought one of those cheap noise reducers for my audio system. I originally though it was like the phoenix gold pdl where you connect it to the rca wires, but, this one comes with 3 WIRES!!! a red (assuming it gos to the power), black (which is the ground) and a yellow wire (?, i think its the remote wire to turn on the amps). Any suggestions? and if someone has put this in the car before does it reduce noise? Let me KNow
