Noise!!
#4
The wheels and tires were mine and I assure you, not bad. Maybe worn yes, but they are 4 months old now and I put almost 10,000k's on them.
I noticed that those tires (Falken Ziex 512) made a little bit more noise then the stock tires (Michelin) my Si came with. Some tires different tread patterns can cause more road noise then others. The tires my old EX had were very, very quiet and you may not be used to the sound yet. It's colder now too and the rubber stiffens up alot. Also remember that they are a much lower profile then the tires your EX came with. Lower profile means a stiffer sidewall and usually more noise. My snow tires sound like truck tires compared to those Falkens.
