AutoSTARTER WON'T start on a new ECU

AutoSTARTER WON'T start on a new ECU
so i got a new ECU installed on my car. it was flushed to match my key, now my autostarter won't start the car. It would try to start 3 times then stop. everything works lock/unlock and stuff but it just won't start when i remote start it. good thing i'm going to AUDIO HEAVEN tomorrow for a a tint..
