I don't know exactly how low I lowered it I just adjusted it untill it looked good but there is an inch and a half of space between the tire and where the wheel well begins

It might be that one of the spring is popping out when you turn it one way and popping back in when you turn the wheels in the opposite direction. This guy used to have tom motorsport coilovers on stock shocks and it happend to him.

if you only put springs in the shocks are gone, 01 civics are terrible for shocks leaking, take it to your dealer and they will replace them under warranty, make sure that you are on good terms with the dealer because of the springs, I never cared when I was a tech at a dealer but some may. Just give them the heads up and they should replace them

being a mac strut susp, the springs turn with the strut, so check out your shocks and your upper strut mounts. remove it, inspect and reinstall

yeah if I turn left after it pulls left if I turn right after it pulls right??? it sounds like the shock is turning but my spring is trying to but it cant soo it makes that BIONG OR POP noise then moves

Upper strut mounts would be where I'd check first.
Had one go on my DSM back in the day.. made the same noise your describing.

I am 99.9% sure it is the dampers (shock absorbers..."shocks" to some). Were they ever replaced before?

I dont think honda covers blown shocks if you lower the car so if you take it there id throw the stock springs back on.

01-04 civics are known to blow the front shocks easily. If you lower your car, you have a better chance of blowing your shocks. If you ask me, you have just blown your stock shocks.

You should have gone will full suspension, and not just the shocks. You should have done some research before you lowered your car as well.

BTW, I doubt you can get them fix under warranty, cause I don't think honda will fix your car since it has been lowered.

GL buddy.

I found the problem I seized the barings in my upper strut mounts and it looks like dirt got in them and screwed them up I was just wondering if I should replace them with something other than stock ones??????
