okay i was driving along and then i heard this big whiiring noise than the check battery light came on then i look under the hood and the pulley that connect to the block is pretty much off like it really wobbly what happen and whats wrong and how much would it cost to fix i have a 93 honda civic dx coupe d15 in it thanks

i belive that would be the alternator belt right

do you have power steering or air conditioning?? if no then your alternator belt came off... and that is why the battery light came on.... cause the batter is no longer getting re charged

ya the alternator belt did come off but know the pullley that connect to the block is all wobbly like i think i might neeed a new pulley

have you looked at the bolt connecting that pulley on? i doubt the pulley itself would fail.... most likely the bolt

ya the bolt good i can tighting it back up but why would it just undo
