Which car should I use?

Hey,

I'm just wondering if anyone can give me some advice. Here's my situation, I have access to 2 cars. A 93 civic and a 01 civic. The 93 has 190k and slightly burns oil. The 01 has 260k (all highway) and runs nice. I own the 93 and my dad owns the 01. I told him that he could run up the clicks on my 93 as I only plan to keep it for another year or two (he drives around 600k or more a week and I drive around 200k or less a week). The 93 has already had the timing belt + wp, alternator, quite a few gaskets/seals, as well as other parts changed.

Would it be better for me to run the 93 or should he?

Thanks!

I am serious. The dilemma is, if my dad continues to drive the 93 civic, I'll have to put in some more money to fix up the burning oil, etc. Just trying to figure if the money that I would put in fixing some of the problems be worth the kms that we are saving on the 01.

umm the 01 already has high kms, there is no point really to try and conserve kms when they are that high already i would say. the resale value on that would already be way below average due to the kms
