Which car should i go for???

Whats up guys im just looking for some opinions on which car u guys think is better because im planning on buying a new car soon(well not new but u get the point). Anyway i've narrowed my choices down to a 95 integra rs or a 96 dx hatch. Which one do u guys think is better considering all aspects such as comfort, reliability, room and all that
let me know thanks in advance

i would pick the Integra , bigger, more comfortable ,power options ,better brakes 4 wheel discs, both are reliable

civic will be better on gas , but not by much

good luck

both will be slow.... so its really comes down to how much you want to pay.... if you want ot spend more get the integra

Insurance is higher on a teg, but as blk93si said, " bigger, more comfortable ,power options ,better brakes 4 wheel discs." My civic has been great for gas, and i couldn't find a nice teg in my price range, so i also went with the civic. (I don't know much bout the 96' DX hatch; as I drive an Si Coupe)

I prefer the Integra for all the reasons above, but the backseat will still be pretty small as the Integra is still a small car.

You should also find out insurance costs. You may find an Integra for a good deal, but if you get raped by insurance then the Civic may be the better bet.

Well, why don't you tell us your perspective on both cars?

the one that is better taken care of, better shape, and with service records...

I used to have another car, same year, same model, almost 2x the mileage, and it was in mint mint mint condition compared to the other one I got. Other was modded, lower mileage, but not well cared for.

thanks a lot for the input guys. I was actually leaning towards the integra just cuz i think it looks much nicer but i'm very aware of the extra insurance i would be paying for the integra as opposed to the civic so thats why i was also considering the civic. I'm gonna be looking at both cars later this week so we'll see how it goes but thanks again

Consider this quote very carefully. This is the guideline you should be going after when purchasing any 2nd hand vehicles. Good looking cars with **** condition won't give you that peace of mind.

It will torn your heart into pieces after you see the repair bills.

makes no diff at all... he could mod a hyundai accent if he wanted (I mean parts ARE available for almost every car)

buy a decent car... spend more money and maybe take a little less car (ie. no power accessories) in order to get a mechanically sound car within your budget.
