The Kenwood amp will not power that sub properly, you should be looking at an amp that will push 700-1000 watts to play that sub properly.

For $400.00 you can get a bigger amp than that. The zx450 only puts out 450 watts you need more power than that.

Holly **** almost asking double the going rate for an A600.2 Besides that amp only does 600wrms x 1 @ 4 ohms. For another $100 or so you can get the PPI A1200 or A1200.2 which does double (1200wrms x 1 @ 4 ohms)

Is your sub a svc or a dvc and what ohm rating? I would look somewhere in the 700+ WRMS and NOT max ratings.

Another good amp IMO is the ALPINE PDX 1.1000 1000wrms+ @ 4 or 2 ohms on paper. Class-D amplifier design Which is pretty good to help save your electrical system. 80amp total draw vs 160amp with that A1200.2 or 60amp on that A600.2 Plus they're cheap on ebay looking around $500 MAX brand new one or around $400 for a used one.
