Radiator fan help!!!

Radiator fan help!!!
Okay so my radiator fan doesnt go turn on, causing my car to overheat in about 5 minutes. I checked all the fuses and they are fine. What could be the problem? Anybody else have this happen to them? Please help!!

Check your coolant temperature sensor located on the themostat housing.
