PCV set-up for boosted hondas?

I'm in the process of building my set-up.. I'm at the final stages and I have seen a few different PCV set-ups. I was just wondering what pcv set-up are you guys running?

I was thinking about running this..

Comments? Input?

edit

THats the setup I'm using right now. I'm getting a bit of blow by resulting in an oily residue in my pre turbo intake so I plan on running the hose from the valve cover to the catch can, then go pre turbo and instead of using the pre turbo for my vacume source for my pcv I plan on using the exaust.

I have eliminated the PVC so to speak by hollowing it out. I don't mean to jack this thread but how will the endyn kit work better for my application that the set up I have as they work on the same principals. Engine block to can(breather tank) via hollowed out PVC, oil resdue seperates from air, pre turbo used as vacume source to relieve pressure in crankcase. Am I missing something here?

I have mine vented into air...and the cap on pre turbo pipe capped off.

Looks stock from the engine side, as the little vent hose is the stock piece and it goes down alittle bit under the charge pipe, but looks connected.

Hey you coulda sent me a PM on HT before taking the pic off my topic!

Anyways.

PCV cannot be vented to the atmosphere.. heres the deal.

Heres a topic i made on Hondatech.

The way i want to do it is correct. You can also do a exhaust slashcut method..

There is also a little blurb at the bottom on laws.. Cee_Mon. If you get caught like that you will have yourself a nice little $300+ fine + tow

QUOTE=HamiltonRex]Please, i searched alot, read though http://www.honda-tech.com/zero...age=1 and decided how i was going to do it.

Now i just want to make sure ive got everything the way it should be!

Since emissions control is important, It MUST operate in a closed loop system, and the same way it did originally. No vents on this can.

I decided to go with a Intake slash cut evacuation (pre turbo), and use a freeze plug to plug up the old PCV black box location, as well as use # 11107-Pk2-003 (the brass fitting) and # 12207-1634-300 (washer) to tap into the back of the block. I choose to only run 1 line from the back of the block (z10 recommends this, due to that the plug on the timing belt side is more for oil return) I used the one above the factory black box.

Now from there, i plan to run a line to a 'T' Fitting, and then from my factory valve cover vent, i plan to run a line from there to the 'T' Fittin also. Then from the T fitting, to my catch can (baffled or steel wool filled). Then from my catch can (has 2 ports) to the slashcut on the pipe between the turbo and the filter.

Picture Taken From Thread Above

Here is a pic, Of exactly what i plan to do.

So everyone how does this setup look everyone
I do relize that periodically i will need to clean the Intercooler/Chargepipes as some blowby will still pass though the catchcan, but far less then if there was no catchcan

Oh yes.. here are the terms it must agree with

I plan to keep a printout of that in my glovebox.[/QUOTE]

This kit elimnates the PCV box..

And you must remove that filter and plug it and run to intake (pre turbo) to stay legal.

Also only remove the plug on the rear of the block above the original PCV.. The one beside is more of a drain.

(this is what Z10 told me)

The 'breather' on the valve cover is illegal. And a easy one for cops to spot out!

There wont be vaccum until your in boost with your setup. You should make it with a T to the intake manifold like i posted. Still go with your other hoses instead of the breather filter if you are worried about anything.
