PCV Valve causing CEL?

In short I replaced my pcv valve with a partsource one and did my oil change. After 300 km's I had the check engine light come on. I Hooked my code reader and got:
P0136
Oxygen O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2)

Is it possible the pcv valve is the cause of this code or not related at all?

I highly doubt it. I think your o2 is pouched.

I could type out a huge paragraph explaination how under the perfect conditions it could possibly foul an o2.. but you'd probably be struck by lightening before changing your pcv would throw an o2.

O2's are common replacement items on all cars. They usually last 100,000km before they get lazy.
