OEM Honda Battery Dead / Replacement Options.

My OEM battery died at about 5 years as well. I bought a red top (Iwas told the yellows have a problem when running a stereo and a car) and the thing is great.
I beleive the 51R is the smaller version and should drop right in your car.

I was at a customer this morning across the road from Parkway..

I walked in an picked a Honda OEM up for $64.41.



That's with the discount..

Guy behind me was a bit upset he couldn' t get a discount on the exact same part.

I advised him how to join the club and that membership pays for itself..

There are some ebay auctions I need to win in the next few days so better I keep some reserve just in case.

who's the OEM battery made by?? I wouldn't want no north american batteries leaking in my enginebay.

Manufactured by Honda Canada..

I looked everywhere it doesn't seem to be rebranded.

But I doubt Honda Canada is in the battery business..

Look out ebay here I come..
