Okay, I have been a member at this board for some time and always read opinons and stuff and I think this is the best place to come if one has a civic. And now I am calling for help. First of all i will agree i dont know much about cars.

Well my problem is when I drive my car normally on a striaght road i hear a constant squeaking noise (from the front), and if i turn it is just horrible. Like 8 months back my car rotors use to squeak casue when I installed my new brakes and did not machine the rotors. Now when i brake there is not squeaking noise but when i drive its just horrible.

I am looking for help again from the trusted people on RFD. PLease need help asap, when ever i drive by people from a distance look back and try to look for some ****** car but turn out its a civic.

Also I asked a friend who is a mechanic (on co-op), and he said it could be from loose clipers - rust - new rotors.

Please need help, all help is greatly appreciated.

Also to let people know i have alwasy got my car service done from Honda, the only one thing i never got done was the brakes last year.

when u get new pads , you should always get new rotors or get them machined , could be brake dust shield bent the wrong way and its rubbing and makin that noise

most shops offer few brake diagnosis.

C/T for example. But I can't remember if you need to have your car in the shop already for that to apply.

Also today i just nboticed that while driving normal..the hand brake light comes ON and OFF constantly whe nthe hand brake is down.

Please if you guys know a shop or can do it your self in the Mississauga area please PM me i need to get this done today or tomrow.
