K series cost 2500 alone in parts so i wouldn't fork that kind of money out for my civic. i'd only do it if i had a teg or something. your car has to be stock height because no way a lowered car will get that kind of clearance. if my car was simply dd then i'd dump a h22 in there. i have no idea what you tried to prove by posting a clk because how often do you drive a clk compared to a civic? even on your height it looks like you hit your header and that's a real crappy pic to show the clearance.

a k series swap costs about $10K to do properly. khosh is right on with the estimate by the time all is said and done
