Flywheel question

Hey, I'm just wondering if there is a difference between the USDM or JDM Itr flywheels?

Also does anyone know the info on that place that can lighten, balance and resurface a flywheel?

I would just try to find a Clutch master flywheel, or Fidanza. I know ACT just came out with a FW that is kinda cheap also.
