Exhaust options for 2000 Civic sedan

Looking for some ideas on exhaust systems for 2000 Civic sedan.

Ideally, prefer something OEMish; I'm not really familiar with Honda tech.

Is there a 'hot-swap' exhaust available from other Hondas that would bolt right up into the Civic?

The goal here is to enhance/increase? the sound a bit (but not a coffee-can!). Basically, anything better than the stock system, and ideally an OEM, is what I'm aiming for.

Help is appreciated! Thanks.

exactly what i'm after too, I can't stand that fart/loud sound of aftermarket exhaust and agree, low key is the way to go.

I believe ITR, RSX-S, SIR are all options that require min modding to fit. Exhaust shops can re-weld the exhaust hanger bracket easy enough.

Does it have to be the same model year SiR? Which years will bolt in?

And of course, any difference between that and the stock sedan exhaust in terms of sound/performance?

Thanks!

Does a stock SIR piping bolt up to an ek hatch, or is there any need to heat bend the pipes a bit to make it fit. Any help would be appreciated.
