Engine stumbling... misfire..?

Ok guys, I got some issues... Ill probably figure it myself, but since this forums slow right now ill share whats goin on... maybe speed up the troubleshooting... got the day off and its nice out thankfully.

THis morning i fired up my car d16y7 and the engine started to stumble pretty bad... It was fine when i drove it the day before, so something happened while it sat for all day yesterday, not while i was driving...

The tach stays solid at about 1,200rpm at idle, but it sounds like its really grunting, seems like a misfire to me... The exhaust looks like its spitting in a rythem.. like puf puf puf puf... and when i give it gas it obviously lacks power... and i can feel in the shifter the engine moving... basically its not smooth, not like a quick shaky rattle, but more like bumpbumpbump.. hard to explain i guess...

I pulled all plugs tryed my spare set, nothing, i pulled the cap, cleaned all the contacts, checked the wires for spark all wires are fireing...

The plugs are really fowled and black, and are drenched in fuel all the way across 4 cycles, so i cleaned them, replaced, 1 min of idling foweld them again...

So im thinking A: vacume leak, Timing, or EGR valve

Keep in mind the engine has 200,000 km so any sensor could be a culprit... Timing belt is due very soon also

maybe the timing belt skiped a tooth?

WHat do you guys think...

If I pull the oil filter to inspect the vacumm lines above it...how much oil will i loose...like will most of the engine drain? if so i gotta go get some oil...time for a change anyway, but id like to fire it up right after if a line was loose from changeing my pcv valve a month back...

fixed... why do the d series pcv valves have to be such a PITA to get at... It ended up being the clamp that holds the hose onto the valve...just worn out i guess, i replaced it with a hoseclamp style, the ones that are adjustable, fired it up, runs like a top... Only problem now is my filter is black and so are my pluggs... cuz of a stupid leaky vacume clamp...

Allot of other things i would of rather done today...

ahwel, im done ranting now...lol
