d15b swap

hey I'm swapping a d15b into my 90DX hatch and I want to know what is the best way to wire this bad boy up. I already have my car wired up for ZC so the extra injectors are no problem. I want to know what is my best bet to get the most out of my new motor and of course VTEC.

-do I change the computer if so which computer is best matched?
-do I just use the activator switch?

Does anyone know how hard it would be to convert to obd1 and if it is even worth it?

Any info you guys have is appriecated.
