DX SLEEPER

Need some info here guys i blew my zc motor after 5 months and am looking to put in another d-series motor. I want to put in a d15b(3) sohc vtec motor. I need to find out that this is a direct swap and will bolt up to y 90 si tranny and axles. I heard this motor is rated at around 138 hp and it has excellent fuel economy. I know i will need to add 3 wires for vtec and a new ecu is there anything else i need here if i bolts right up and in. This is a jdm 3 stage vtec motor, thanks for the help in advance.
