personally i would remove the spindle.
32mm socket, breaker bar, brass punch, BFH, side cutters, 17mm wrench, 12mm wrench, 17mm socket, ratchet, impact driver with #2 philips screw OR use a small punch to crack the screws loose then a philips to turn it the rest of the way.
Once the spindle is out go to a shop it should cost like 40$ to press it out. OR i could press it out for you at mine. For whatever you're willing to give me, beer, pot, air filter, whatever lol
OR
You could use a BFH and beat the **** out of the bj untill it comes out (of course after taking the circlip out, or rent the proper tool.. but i find that those cups dont accomodate the lip around the WB's.

It's just a lower ball joint man. Don't do all that work.
I changed both on my 90 civic. Take the wheel off, take the castle nut off the balljoint, pop out the ball joint. Take off the retaining clip, smash the old balljoint out. Then do it in reverse. Voila, 30 minutes of work done.

I always take the spindle off, i use an air hammer to get them out and put the back in. I always take off the spindle , ive never seen anybody do it faster than what i do it in even with leaving the spindle on the car
