Clutch Engaging too Fast?

Hey guys,
Recently I have completed an auto to manual swap, but I have one issue that bothers me. I dont believe its normal.
Basically my clutch engages like 1cm off the floor, maybe less. It's pretty much instant engagement. Then once it is fully released there is some freeplay at the top, maybe 3-5cm of what feels like an improperly bled clutch. So what happens is I will release the clutch, it will instantly grab, and then I continue releasing it. Once my foot is of the clutch pedal, the pedal will pop up and its in the free play zone.
I dont know what the problem is. I thought it might be improperly bled, but it doesnt seem like it, and the fluid is topped up. Maybe there is a way to adjust the engagement point like on cable trannies? Or maybe I messed up during the install?
All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ya, I do not think that I have to bleed the clutch because there is resistance, its just not in the right place.
As for adjusting the pedal assembly, how do I do that? Is there a screw somewhere? Or do I unthread one of the sensors?
Thanks.

Alright, I will have to give that a try. So I am assuming that I need to loosen that bolt since mine is basically engaging right at release right?
